General
● Commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.● Without purchasing a Commercial fee, commissions are not permitted for Merchandising (ex. Selling Stickers, Apparel, Accessories, etc.)● Client must provide at least one reference per character, I do not do character design.● Complex details or requests may result in additional fees.● Do not copy, trace, alter, or redistribute my art in any form.● Prices are subject to change in the future.● Please give credit when it is applicable. Attributing TotalPitch on Twitch, or linking my Twitter @TotalPitch_.
Delivery process
● Commissions may take upwards to 2 to 4 weeks to complete. I have a full time job outside of commissions.● I will update you throughout the commission with each step of the way (Sketch, Lineart, Flats, Final)● I will send commissions in a .PNG format stored in a ZIP file.
Payment information
● Payment will only be taken through PayPal in USD.● Full payment is required before commission is started.● I will accept a Payment Plan on commissions over $100, but will only start the sketch after the minimum amount of $50 is paid.● In the sketching phase, revisions are free.● Rush orders are +50% original price.● There are no refunds after sketches have been approved.

-Graphics such as starting screens or logos~● I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason.● If a commissioned emote request breaks Terms of Service of any site where the emote uploaded, the emote artist holds no responsibility. (I'm more than happy to draw them though!)● Unless discussed beforehand, any money that is paid to my Ko-Fi or donation panel is not an accepted for commissions. It will be considered a nonrefundable tip.● If you wish to have a previously commissioned piece animated I can prep for a charge. Otherwise feel free to have another artist cut and prep it! (please show me though, I love to see them!)● Any violation of preceding Terms of Service will be grounds to terminate the commission request and blacklist client.
